Flavors and favors

Maybe you can’t judge a book by it’s cover, but you can be sure that a cake from Cake Expressions will taste every bit as good as it looks! All of our cakes are baked from scratch and made fresh to order. Our cakes are buttercake based, not as heavy as a pound cake, and not as light as a sponge cake. These cakes melt in your mouth with tenderness, but are also sturdy enough for stacking 5 feet tall! Most cakes are made with 3 layers of cake with 2 layers of filling per tier. All of our cakes are iced with our silky smooth and not too sweet Swiss meringue buttercream which is made with pure unsalted butter. Depending on design and desire, the cake may also be finished off with vanilla flavored rolled fondant. We also offer gluten free and eggless cakes.  

All of the flavors listed can be mixed and matched to your specification. If you have more than one tier you can even choose a different flavor combination for each tier. With so many delicious options to choose from, the hardest part will be deciding which flavor to pick!
