Lisa has been designing exquisite cake masterpieces for over 20 years with uncompromising attention to detail, presentation, and taste.  Her insistence upon using only the finest, freshest, and highest quality ingredients insures that all of her cakes will delight not only the eye but also the palate. After graduating from New England Culinary Institute, Award winning Pastry Chef Lisa Toohey worked at prestigious properties such as the Arizona Biltmore, Wrigley Mansion Club, Sun Valley Resort and The Duquesne Club. She has continued learning and perfecting her skills by  taking classes in pulled and blown sugar with Ewald Notter, chocolate sculpture and dessert presentation with Jacquy Pfeiffer and specialty cake decorating with Debbie Brown and Lauren Kitchens.  Lisa also spent almost 2 years in England teaching cake decorating classes at one of London's premier cake shops. In 2009 Lisa won a “BOB” award for Best Wedding Cakes from Charlotte magazine, as well as numerous “Best of weddings” from The Knot.com and Wedding Wire. She has also been featured in a variety of local and international magazines.

• In-Person Appointments:

• Schedule a face-to-face consultation at our office. Experience personalized guidance and discuss your event details with our expert cake designers. You will also experience a tasting session where you can sample our cake flavors and discuss your preferences. We require a minimum order for in-person consultations to ensure dedicated attention to your vision.

• Virtual Consultations:

•  We offer video consultations to connect with you wherever you are. Discuss your ideas, explore design options, and plan your cake from the comfort of your own space. Minimums apply to virtual consultations as well.

Tasting Experience:

Delight your taste buds with our delectable cake flavors through our tasting sessions.

• To-Go Tasting Boxes:

• Order our Tasting Box to-go. Experience a few of our scrumptious cake flavors at your convenience. Tasting box must be ordered one week in advance of pick up.
